Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

 • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
 • Packages returned to sender due to address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office or carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

We take care in packaging our products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
 • Your order number
 • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
