Because our products are handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.


All Sales Are Final


All greeting cards and paper goods are final sale. Due to the nature of handmade items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders


We take great care in packaging our items. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
 • Your order number
 • A clear photo of the item and packaging


If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


Shipping Issues


We are not responsible for:
 • Delays caused by the postal service
 • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
 • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
